I love this image because it shows that no matter what is happening around you, in each others’ arms, the world can be quite still.”

“I’ve picked this one purely because of the look of sheer joy on their faces. There’s a tonne of beautiful landscape images I could choose but I love the candid ones with pure emotion the best.”

These guys. I loved every second of this day – it was charged with so much excitement and love, They booked in with me over a year ago – we were all so excited when the vote came through and they could legally get married…

Emmie + Tim – an incredible backyard wedding on a private Red Hill property. Epic views, lots of laughs and dancing under a clear marquee.

As you may know, I am a sunset lover… addicted to natural light and romantic images. This sunset at The Baths, Sorrento looked like a painting from Monet… my heart was singing as I was taking this image!

The love between these two was simply beautiful. They were bursting with excitement on the day, for being able to share their wedding with their nearest and dearest as well as celebrate the fact they are about to become a family of three!

Surprisingly, my favourite photo this year is not of a stunning location or amazing golden sunshine, or even of a bride and groom.  I love this shot for the story it tells.  The bride’s dad had passed away and so the traditional “father-daughter” dance was with her brother as a stand in for her absent father and his face says it all- there was not a dry eye in the house, including me…”

“These two were married on their own property – a farm that they built themselves, with their own livestock and stunning views. I love this because they’ve already begun building a life together, from nothing came their home and livelihood- the wedding was a gorgeous reflection of the work they’ve already put in to each other and their home, it was done their way and as they wanted it – I was very lucky to be there to capture that…”

This is one of our favourite shots as it is a natural moment between the couple and it evokes elements of classic fashion.”

One of the most emotional ceremonies we’ve had the pleasure of witnessing, these guys were the epitome of what our ethos is all about “Be here. Be now” it’s all in the present moment and being open and vulnerable to whatever may take place in it.”

“I love this image because to me it is so Mornington Peninsula; beach, big sky! An epic sunset for the most epic of couples.”

“I love the feel of this image, just fun, relaxed and shows the bond between these three who have been best friends since primary school and were so excited for Channy to be getting married…”
